SHIPPING DETAILS

Typical order processing time may range anywhere between 3 - 7 business days, unless otherwise stated (refer to the banner on our front page for information regarding travel/illness/etc)

Canadian orders are shipped via Letter Post, and do not contain tracking information. If you would like to purchase tracking, please choose the proper option during your check out. There is no coverage on un-tracked orders. 

US orders will contain tracking information, and can take 5-13 business days for delivery. 

International/Overseas shipments may take 3-9 weeks after shipment.

Please keep these processing times in mind when ordering. 


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Please check your order when it arrives. If there is a problem, please notify us immediately. We will be sure to remedy the situation to the best of our ability. 

We do not offer returns on purchases at this time.


ORDER COMBINATION

If you have placed two or more orders and would like them to be combined into a single order, please send an e-mail to lyericworks@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please note that if a shipping confirmation email has already been sent, it is not possible to combine the orders.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

Our store policy is to be as accurate as possible when filling out customs forms. Customers are fully responsible for any taxes or customs fees associated with receiving their order. We will not be able to refund any shipping & handling fees if you deny the package due to customs fees.
